Donna is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), certified in critical care (CCRN), as well as an ACLS provider. Her introduction to health care began in 1984 leading to her graduation from both Union Memorial and Harbor Hospital nursing programs in Baltimore, Maryland. Following graduation, she began her 38-year nursing career at Memorial Hospital in Easton. There, she worked in varying capacities ranging from coronary care to specialty units such as the emergency department, inpatient dialysis and critical care transport. In 2015, Donna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and entered the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Simmons College, ultimately graduating from Chamberlain University with her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Caring for patients at Bay Hematology Oncology fulfills her lifelong commitment to providing quality care for various vulnerable populations.
